Deadly Light – Day Four

Today I am wrapping up early, stopping at 5:30 rather than writing into the evening. That’s partially because I’ve already hit my daily quota (and I’m wary of burning myself out), partially because I have other things to do this evening, and partially because I just finished a big scene and the writing was a bit draining.

Spoiler alert: plot points follow.

Yesterday I stopped right before I finished the prelude to Deadeye Days. Today I finished the lead up and dug into the festival itself. This is one of the key moments in Act Two, the place where things first begin to spiral out of control. As such, there was a lot of action in today’s writing. Not at first, but when it gets going it really gets going.
